The living-area on the ground floor has an open fireplace and air conditioning, a home cinema equipment with a large plasma screen, a DVD player and a satellite receiver, a stereo equipment, couches and a dining-place with table and chairs.
One bedroom is on the ground floor, the other two bedrooms are on the top floor.
All of them have separate air conditioning units which can be switched to heating-mode in wintertime and during chilly springtime and autumn nights.

The bedrooms on the top floor have balconies.
The bedroom on the ground floor and one of the bedrooms on the top floor also have another two TV sets.
Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, the third bedroom has two single beds. A seventh accommodation will be provided on demand.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a hydromassage shower equipment.

The two bathrooms on the top floor have shower cabinets.
There is one hairdryer in each of the 3 bathrooms. A washing-machine and a tumbler are also available.
Baby cots will be provided on request.
Rooms cleaning as well as change of sheets and towels twice per week.

Solar warm water supply with auxiliary electric heating. ADSL internet access (wireless LAN / WiFi) is available in the entire building.
